When you use the contact form, we collect:

If you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

We may measure how the website is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which device and browser they use — so we can improve it. We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not identify you personally.

• Client records are kept for five years after our last engagement, for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• Analytics are kept in aggregate form and can’t be used to identify you.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights
