Consulting

Consulting is an outside look at how a process, a customer journey or your technology actually works today — where it breaks, what it costs you, and what to change first. The value is the diagnosis and the recommendation, not the hours spent in meetings.

A clear read on the real problem before you spend money fixing the wrong one.

01Why it matters

You know something isn't working. You're not sure what.

Leads come in but follow-up is patchy. Onboarding takes too long. Three tools each hold part of the truth. The symptoms are obvious; the cause usually sits between teams, tools and habits, where nobody inside the business has time to look.

  • The same problem keeps coming back after it's been 'fixed'.
  • Nobody can draw the whole process from start to finish.
  • You're about to buy new software and aren't sure it will solve anything.
  • Different teams blame different parts of the process.
02Ways to work with us

Three depths of investigation.

We match the depth to the problem. Each ends with prioritised recommendations you can act on with us, with someone else, or on your own.

Focused

Business Review

One clearly defined problem or workflow. A questionnaire, a discovery session and a look at the tools involved, then a concise findings document and a call to walk through what to change first.
Whole workflow

Process Deep Dive

A complete workflow or customer journey. Current-state mapping, stakeholder interviews where needed, bottlenecks and duplicate work, automation and AI opportunities, and an implementation roadmap.
Across the business

Strategic Assessment

Several processes, systems or departments at once. A systems inventory, cross-team process mapping, a cost, effort and impact prioritisation, and a roadmap for larger technology decisions.
04Consulting questions

What people ask about consulting.

Will you just recommend your own services?

No. A credible recommendation might be to simplify a process, remove a tool, change an internal procedure, or take no technology action at all. The value is the diagnosis, whether or not it creates work for us.

Do we have to hire you to implement the recommendations?

No. You get prioritised recommendations you can act on with us, with another provider, or on your own. If you'd like us to implement, we'll propose that separately.

Which level of consulting do we need?

It depends on the scope of the problem. One defined issue suits a Business Review; a whole workflow suits a Process Deep Dive; several teams or systems suit a Strategic Assessment. We'll recommend one after a first conversation.

What do we get at the end?

Written findings and prioritised recommendations, walked through on a call. The deeper assessments add process maps and an implementation roadmap.

Do we need to be a client already?

No. Consulting stands on its own — you don't need any other service from us first.

The other three categories.

Tell us what isn't working. We'll tell you how deep we'd need to look.
